Would buy again if needed. I wish it came with 4 covers instead of two but it works.

Comfortable & Soft.
I had surgery , and it was the best purchase I made for my quick recovery. What I like most is that you can use it for both hot and cold therapy for pain relief.

Not full
I bought several different postpartum packs. These were my least favorite. The gel is the lowest in these and they do not stay cold. These have to be frozen with the gel pushed in the middle of you want them to stay colder longer. They really don’t distribute well. I would not recommend.

More useful than expected. They’re small, flexible, and easy to throw in the freezer, and they freeze evenly without turning into a rock. The gel stays cold for a decent amount of time, and the shape makes them comfortable to use rather than awkward or pokey. Everything worked exactly as described, with no leaks, no mess, and no setup hassle. The washable covers are a nice touch and make them feel a bit more polished and practical for regular use. They’re gentle on skin and don’t have that stiff, icy edge that some gel packs do, which makes a big difference if you’re using them for any kind of sensitive area.Obviously they’re designed for postpartum recovery use, and they seem well thought out for that, but they’re also just… useful ice packs in general. I’ve ended up using them for sore spots, minor aches, and yes, even tossing one into a lunch bag to keep things cool (which feels slightly ridiculous but works great). They’re compact without feeling flimsy, and they don’t scream “medical device” when you’re handling them. For the price, this feels like an easy win. Nothing fancy, nothing over-engineered, just a well-made, reusable pack that does its job reliably. If you want something that’s low-effort, effective, and adaptable to more than one use case, these are a great little addition to have around.

These gel packs are as expected, there are 4 gel packs with clear instructions on how to either freeze them or heat them up. They come with sleeves to protect skin from frostbite or burns. While they are intended to be used as perineal cold packs they are quite versatile and can be used on the forehead or anywhere to manage localized pain. They cool effectively and quickly in the freezer and stay cold for up to 30 mins and they warm easily in the microwave staying warm for about 15 mins

Cold packs for perineal pain/itch relief that are thinner and longer than the ”maxi-pad” versions. These were easy to freeze and heat up when needed. I like that they come with the cover, however I am not a big fan of the ”feel” as I am very tactile sensitive. It definitely works though, and helps to protect your delicate skin when applying the pack. If you are like me, you could easily use a different close from home though.I appreciated the fact that is was thinner, allowing for a more targeted approach. As always, these kinds of things depend entirely on personal preference, but I am definitely a fan.10/10 for this product.

These perineal cold packs are a genuinely helpful postpartum essential, especially during the first days when swelling and soreness are at their worst. The gel stays cold long enough to feel effective, and the shape fits comfortably without feeling awkward or bulky. Having the option to use it hot or cold also makes it more useful beyond just the first stage of recovery.✅ Pros:• Provides noticeable cooling relief for swelling, soreness, and discomfort after delivery• Reusable design with hot/cold flexibility makes it useful for more than one situation❌ Cons:• Can feel very cold at first, so a thin layer between skin and pack helps• Needs time in the freezer to be ready, so having more than one is ideal⚠️ Bottom line: A practical, effective postpartum item that offers real comfort and makes recovery easier.⭐ I hope my review has been helpful for you

I had a different perineal ice pack with gel beads, but decided to get this one and WOW I like this one so much better. I love that the pads are gel because it stays colder so much longer, but still remains flexible. I love that the instructions are printed onto each gel pack and that they slide into their fabric sleeves easily. Both the fabric and the gel packs are super easy to clean. The fact that you get 4 is perfect so you can always have them in rotation, but you can also use them after post-partum as a regular ice pack. I’ve only used them cold so far, but I got at least 40 minutes of cold before I felt like the temperature started to drop. The only thing was that they came with a strong plastic smell when I first got them, so I needed to give it some time to air out before using them. However, for $13.99 CAD for 4 ice packs, I’d say that’s great value for the quality. I’d recommend it!
