I cannot recommend the Frida Mom Postpartum Underwear enough! After giving birth, comfort is everything, and these absolutely delivered. They’re super soft, stretchy, and breathable—nothing like the stiff, awkward mesh ones you usually get from the hospital.They held my pads securely without feeling tight or uncomfortable, and the high-waisted fit gave me the support I needed without irritating my incision area (C-section moms, these are amazing!). I also loved that they’re disposable but durable—you can easily wear a pair for a full day without them ripping or losing shape.Honestly, these made the hardest days of recovery so much easier. Best postpartum option!
FTM here and these made my recovery experience much better than I expected. Great value for the cost.I never worried about leaking or accidents but they were rather tight some days when I was experiencing a bit of swelling. Overall, stretched well to fit every unfortunate shape that my body was navigating – comfortable most always and really great for sleeping. Mostly discreet under real pants, although I chose to live in sweats for the first two weeks.

Excellent postpartum essential
Perfect for postpartum! I had a C section and these were an essential item – lose fitting and provides good coverage so you can just wear these around the house or under clothes. Would also work great for those that had a regular birth. They stretch but also have some support to hold pads/etc in place without moving around. Lightweight and not extremely visible under clothes. I also purchased the discreet underwear with pads already inside but prefer these – you can wear them a solid amount of changes as well and they hold up. Really glad I purchased these, highly recommend!

Comfortable but only last about half a day.
I found these very comfortable for postpartum from a vaginal delivery after the initial few days.Pro’s: comfortable, fits under leggings and sweatpants very comfortably. Feels more like real underwear.Con’s:the crotch deteriorates when you remove a pad to replace with a new one. They only lasted me about half a day each pair.Not truly one size fits all, I don’t know how big these could actually stretch comfortably.

Loved having these post partum. They were comfy and stretchy to fit my changing body. They were durable enough to not fall apart, but still breathable. Saved me from destroying underpants with the joys of post birth bleeding 🥴🥴

A Must Have for your hospital bag!
LOVE these ! It’s nice to feel supported after giving birth to a whole human and ones they give you at the hospital just don’t cut it. These are stretchy, they don’t feel too tight, and they are easy to get on and off ! This will be my second time buying and using Frida Mom Post Partum Underwear, definitely a must have for hospital bag
