Soothing without being too bulky
Item: Willow Hot & Cold Therapy PacksThese Therapy Breast Packs are very soothing when needed and they easily fit in a bra without adding too much bulk or weight. They are designed in such a way, with the notch on one side, that they can conform very well to the breasts. It’s nice that they each come with a soft shell that I can place the gel packs in so that the heat or cold is not directly on my skin. The gel is contained in a durable shell to prevent leaking and I have not noticed any so far after repeated uses. As the shell is removable, both the gel packs and shells are easy to clean when needed and I like that they are reusable. The color changing gel is a handy visual reference for when the temp has changed enough between hot, cold or room temp and they retain their temp for long enough to be effective.

Great
These packs are soft, flexible, and easy to use for both heat and cold therapy. They warm up quickly in the microwave and hold temperature well for short sessions. They’re easy to stick in a bra and are discreet. I keep them in the freezer for when I need them. The size is great for smaller breasts but might not be enough for larger ones. I always wanted something like this for years and I’m glad to have finally found it.

Well designed for use on breasts
These Willow hot & cold gel packs are perfectly shaped to use on the breasts. I recommend them for nursing mothers but also for women like myself who suffer from fibrocystic breast pain. I tested the packs both hot and cold. The color changing ability is very useful because I can tell at a glance if the pack is hot all the way through or frozen all the way through. In my photo you can see by the color that one pack is completely warmed and the other is only partially frozen. It only took an hour in my freezer for the pack to turn completely purple. You can heat these either by placing one directly in the microwave for a few seconds or submerging them in hot water. I recommend submerging them in hot water so they are evenly heated. When I tried the microwave method, even when the pack was all white, there were spots that felt hotter than others. The packs come with cloth sleeves that they slip into and out of easily enough, and you can also use the snap on the sleeve to hold the pack into a more rounded shape so it fits better over the breast.

Color change is really nice!
These are great!The color change is a nice way to be able to gauge the temperature when you’re heating and cooling them. They start off blue at room temperature and have a very noticeable change to purple when frozen and white when heated.The gel also manages to stay completely fluid even when coming out of the freezer. This is super helpful as they can still form to your breasts instead of feeling like you’re smashing a brick against them with ice packs.It does come with fabric covers so you’re not directly contacting the packs. We’ve run them through the wash a few times already and they have held up so far.I did attempt warming these up in the microwave. There were some concerning popping sounds…but it didnt seem to damage the pack at all. Not sure I will try that again though just in case.

Good shape for soothing or warming
These therapy packs are the perfect shape for soothing breasts, or really any oddly shaped body part.The size is decent enough to cover the average range of breasts, though ones that are significantly larger may find it doesn’t provide a ton of coverage. The shape allows them to mold to the curves without wrinkles or excessive gaps, ensuring that the cold/warmth is able to contact as much surface area as possibleI like that these comes with a sleeve to put them in to ensure they don’t come into direct contact with the skin. No awkward wrapping it in towels or trying to sandwich it inside your bra. I found that they kept their desired temperature for a good while, but will require refreshing regularly. They aren’t super thick, but generally you aren’t supposed to apply hot/cold for more than 20 minute at a time anyway.It’s also nice that they change color (blue for cold, white for warm) so you can easily gauge the temperature at a glance.

Great ice or heat packs for tender breasts
These hot and cold packs are good. They come with a fabric pocket so you don’t have to put the packs right on your skin.They are meant to be used for tender breasts (breast feeding or hormones in general).They stay hot or cold for a good amount of time and aren’t too thick that you couldn’t wear them in a bar or tank top.I do wish it was a smidge thicker but it’s a satisfactory thickenness of gel. The fabric pockets are a nice touch.
