This was pretty helpful. If you suffer a lot from back pain and pelvic pressure this is worth trying. I recommend wearing it if you’re gonna be on your feet a lot. It’s not so helpful if you have a desk job tbh.

These belts are a lifesaver. My back was bugging me constantly when I was pregnant and wearing this made all the difference. The Velcro held up well to taking it off and on , but I did start pulling it up over my belly when I needed to use the restroom, so I only needed to remove it once a day. I just wanted to keep the Velcro working well for a long time. The elastic stretches well, but still offers decent support.

Didn’t love this one. Super confusing to put on and then not that comfortable. I didn’t feel like it was very supportive, almost painful around my belly? I got a different one on here with shoulder straps and like it much better!
