Good for acupuncture style massage
Pros: multiple settings and can feel intensity on the ball of foot, toes and some in the heels. The highest setting feels like a little hammer hitting the spots on the bottom of your foot. I think I overdid it the first night because the next day the pads of my feet felt bruised and swollen. Love the air compression too and little remote. Took off stars because I could not get it to massage the arch area. I tried moving my foot forward and back to see if the massage things to hit my arches but it did t work. There isn’t any rolling motion.I also receive a 2nd foot massager that allows me to adjust for arch height. It hits my foot better so I plan to keep that one and return this one.This is a good massager. I’d keep both because they each massage differently but it’s too expensive so need to only keep 1. .. I’m keeping the other one just because it can reach my arch.
