These work incredibly well, and remain hidden from the outside of your cabinet and drawers, so much so that you’ll forget they’re baby proofed, and will soon discover they are also “forgetful idiot”-proofed as well.Easy and quick to install, fit basically any drawer or cabinet, and good value for money.

These locks come with a clever template for installation that allows you to install it in just minutes using the enclosed adhesive strips. They seem more secure than the kind where you just wedge a finger in to hit the unlock bar, and so, so, so much easier to install. I also don’t have small kids at my home all the time, so it is great that you can leave them in an “off” mode and only engage the locks when you want them working. Maybe a bit more than other choices, but well worth it.

These come with a guide so you know exactly where to place each part – we tried the cheaper ones without the guide and it was a huge headache to line them up. These are definitely worth it for ease of installation!

Installs in minutes and stands up to tough toddlers
This product was a snap to install – I had my whole kitchen done in just a few minutes and didn’t have to use a single tool to do it. I had originally planned to go back and reinforce all of the locks with screws (I only used the adhesive initially) but so far have not needed it. My very strong and very determined 2 year old has yet to break through these locks, even several months after installation. I thought we would get annoyed at having to have a key to open the cabinets all of the time, but we got used to it quickly and it hasn’t been more of an inconvenience than any other child lock. One of my favorite things about these locks is that you have the option of disabling the lock all together so it doesn’t engage if you don’t want it to. This is perfect for places like grandma’s house where the child locks are needed some of the time, but not always. We use that feature at our own house as well when we are in and out of the cupboards and cabinets a lot, like when cooking a big dinner.

We had several kitchen cabinets that my 1 year would constantly open and displace the contents of, all over the kitchen floor, several times a day! These have been a tremendous help to that. 2 of the cabinets were straightforward and installation and use have been a breeze. The magnet is quick to unlock when needed, and closes back up just as easily. The 3rd cabinet this was placed on is a lazy susan, and given that the door has give in order for it to open, makes it a little challenging to get the magnet to connect and unlock quickly. I also like the fact that the adhesive seems strong enough to keep the parts in place, without requiring holes to be drilled, which will make removal (when we no longer need them) a breeze, without damage to the cabinets. All in all, these have been a huge help in my house, and I would definitely recommend and purchase them again.

No joke I tried other brands and these one were easy to install and the adhesive works. I also used the screws on few cabinets that are angled, and it works like a charm. Toddler wasn’t able to open any cabinet.

I have 3 kids, the first 2 were normal but this 3rd one is a ninja and freakishly strong. We have these locks everywhere and he hasn’t broken one yet in a year while he’s broken several other kinds. I love that you can’t see them, they don’t wreck the finish on the cupboards, and are super easy to use. I thought it would be annoying to need the magnet all the time, but after several months he’s stopped trying to get into the cupboards that are always locked and doesn’t bodice if someone forgets to lock it. I recommend getting extra keys though!
