These were so helpful with postpartum healing. They get really cold and stay cold for awhile. I like how the don’t feel bulky either

Great for cooling down there post partum. I tore during labor and my stitches would bother me after any type of prolonged movement/walking. These are amazing because they are reusable but they did end up both living up the their name and popped. I ended up having to throw both away from them popping open after a few weeks of use.
