Great for swollen veins during pregnancy
I’ve had multiple pregnancies and wish I had bought these sooner! Helps a ton with swelling and pain from varicose veins in the perineal area. Perfect size, soft, bendable.

4 time mom must-have!
This is my fourth pregnancy and I wish I would have bought these sooner. I’m struggling with perineal swelling and needed something just like this to provide relief. The two-pack is perfect so that I can fall asleep with one and have a fresh pack to use in the morning. It’s not super cold or uncomfortable, but just enough to provide relief. I won’t go into detail here, but I also appreciate the removable and washable covers. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, you need these!

Helpful in more ways than one!
Due to a recent medical condition, I have to have regular endometrial biopsies done and let me tell you…… it hurts. Bad. However, I remember the lovely ice packs I got after giving birth and thought, those would be amazing for after my biopsies. These perineal cooling pads help to dull the pain until the Advil kicks in. My daughter has also used them across her abdomen for period cramps and said they helped.

i used these after i had my daughter and i was out of the disposable instant ice packs and it worked okay it got the job done my only complaint is it didn’t stay cold long when being used! but it got me by until i could get more of the instant ones !!

Works great for c/section scars not big or clunky do recommend gets 2 packs constantly have to change out for new colder one but worth the buy for postpartum

Packaging Broken
I’ve bought these before. They come in a plastic zipper pouch. This time the pouch was broken and had to cut it open which was unfortunate as I like to keep them in the pouch in the freezer to keep them clean.They work well but don’t last. After awhile the bead container splits open. But as they’re not very expensive it’s not a major problem.

love these. they’re easy to use and actually smaller than expected (good thing) which makes them a lot easier to comfortably use. i love that the gel pack is microwave safe and the covers are washable. flexible and seems durable.

Top quality Cooling pads
I purchased theses cooling pads for an upcoming prolapse surgery, and was disappointed.These pads freeze up quick enough that I could ice every few hours. Perfect size!

I used these postpartum ice packs for recovery after a breast lift, and they worked well for managing early swelling and discomfort. They stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, and the gentle fabric covering keeps them from feeling too harsh on the skin. For my use, the fabric reduced direct contact a bit more than necessary, but the tradeoff was added comfort.They’re easy to position, easy to clean, and effective for targeted cooling. I would recommend them for anyone needing a soft, non-abrasive cold pack during recovery.

Fantastic item for post partum swelling. Don’t stay cold huge amount of time but size fits well onto underwear and just kept alternating. I ordered 2 packs to have one on the go all the time, the sleeves they come in rinse well and dry rapidly as cant be machine washing for every use, rinse with soap and water and hang to dry. Will have other uses in future also.
