Sturdy, Effective – Great Gift for Pregnant Mamas
Got this pelvic support belt for my pregnant friend who’s been bothered by pelvic pressure and lower back pain, and I’m so glad I picked this one!The quality is impressive—durable material with neat, tight seams that feel built to last her whole pregnancy. The Velcro is seriously sturdy: she says it stays put all day, no sliding or loosening even when she’s walking around or doing light housework. That side knob is a total game-changer. She can twist it to adjust the pressure perfectly, no fuss with tricky straps. Within 10 minutes of putting it on, her pelvic ache eased up a lot and her lower back felt way lighter. The included ice pack is such a nice bonus too—she uses it on sore days and loves it.

    Good compression post-op
Actually ordered this for support after a panniculectemy / monsplasty and it’s working well. I can get the belt low for added compression in that area that the hospital abdominal binder couldn’t get low enough for. I’ve had good luck with the Velcro staying put as well. With that said, it is what it is: it’s awkward fitting but it does work. Couldn’t imagine wearing this under clothing or to work/to run errands. it’s too awkward. But it’s been great post-op, while resting and sleep.

Did not help my pelvic pain during pregnancy
Really wanted to like this product, but just like others, it would move around and not provide support after a few uses. I initially purchased this to help my pelvic pain from being pregnant. I felt I was just wearing an accessory with no purpose. Had to choose the belly band over this even though they serve different purposes.

Great support but velcro doesn’t last.
This has been a game changer! I have varicose veins due to pregnancy and this device has kept me active. The support really decreases pain. I had to get used to wedgie feeling, but I don’t notice it most of the time now. I have two of these so I don’t have to be without one while one is being washed. HOWEVER- after about a month the velcro is failing. I washed one of them in the washing machine and air dried it and the velcro started curling. I have hand washed it and the other one exclusively. They are both curling and catch on my clothing as I move and come undone frequently. I’m frustrated and wish they had better quality velcro, thus the lower rating. I still have 2 months of pregnancy to go…

    Well design pelvic compression device
Great compression device for pelvic varicosities. The gel cooling pack adds extra compression (although it’s hard to feel the cooling). The wire clip system on the side really helps tighten and keep the compression. I think this belt could also help with pubic symphysis dysfunction & help keep the pelvis stable. Just a note, it was nearly impossible to sit with this on so it’s definitely more useful standing/walking. It also didn’t solve the swelling issue but provided some temporary relief.

Postpartum lifesaver with the perfect knob design
I love everything about this belt. Seriously, it’s been a lifesaver since I got it postpartum!First of all, those side adjustment knobs are such a game changer, I used a Velcro-only support before, and half the time I’d rather yank it too tight or it’d loosen up midway. With these knobs? I just twist a little until it’s exactly the support I need- No fuss, no over-tightening mishaps..The gel pack works wonders too. Stick it in the fridge for a couple hours, and that cool upward pressure takes the edge off pelvic soreness right away. The material is well made and breathable- no chafing or overheating even on long days.

It does work, just uncomfortable and could cause discomfort
Okay, this honestly is a good product and will work with varicose vulvar veins. BUT, but… will rub the side of your leg and cause some pain. Also, wish the middle thing was a tad bit smaller for me. But I would recommend giving it a try if your looking for one!!!

    Not bad for the price
This would have helped me if I had a size larger. But if you have an apron belly during pregnancy, size up.

This belt was a lifesaver post partum – I wish I had learned about before I gave birth and could have had it sooner to help support recovery. Can’t recommend enough!

In the description it said that this would help with SI joint pain as well as the advertised prolapse and postpartum support, and I have SI joint pain daily from anterior pelvic tilt. I ordered this in the hopes that it would actually help adjust my pelvic forward and help me correct the tilt over time, by forcing my hips into the proper position so that I can then do my physio properly and work the correct muscles in my hips and core to strengthen them and help me recover from my condition. However, I had no such luck on that front – it wound up just being uncomfortable to wear and a bit too tight in the hips in spite of the knobs to adjust them. Maybe it works better for the conditions it was primarily advertised for, but in my case I didn’t have much luck with mine. I’ll have to keep looking for a solution to my problem elsewhere.

Wow, this is a solid support belt. I had not really anticipated the side knobs for adjustment. In fact I have never seen one with this type of adjustability.Overall this belt is a sturdy well made product. I have used, and directed my patients towards many sacroiliac belts for back pain, pregnancy, and hip stability and discomfort. This belt is quite different. It has many places where it can be adjusted, and the part which can be used or removed for prolapse – often great near the end of a pregnancy after the baby has dropped – is adjustable and solid. If you require many adjustments, and/or deep stability this is a solid belt. I am truly impressed with its quality and how well it is made.

I have no idea how this works. I am currently pregnant with baby #7 and have a genetic condition that causes my connective tissues to not do their job, and during pregnancy that results in severe hip and pubic pain. Im hoping I can figure out how to get this on before im far enough along that walking becomes unbearable again. As for quality, it feels nice and very sturdy, the gel pack slides into its little pocket nicely, and during the summer I could see being incredibly nice if chilled before hand. Overall it seems great, I just havent figured out how im supposed to put it on.

This support belt is titled for pelvic support, but lists other things it may provide relief for in the description -so I got it for SI joint support. I have other support belts, but this is the first one I’ve had that can be tightened by turning side knobs, which also prevents overuse of velcro that can cause it to wear out faster, especially if the belt is used often. To loosen the belt back up, just pull the knobs outwards. The belt is quality made with strong materials and includes the icepack attachment -although I currently just use the belt. It feels comfortable and doesn’t slide out of place when I bend or sit, but sometimes I need to loosen or tighten it and the knobs make it much easier to do. The knobs are slim and small enough that they don’t get in the way or bother me and aren’t noticeable when I’m wearing a longer top. I find it’s a lot easier to carry on with my day without having to rip open the velcro to reposition the belt (if needed) but for the most part, once it’s on it stays in place securely. I can’t comment on whether it works well for pelvic support or any of the other issues listed, but I’m really pleased with the support I personally get using it for my SI joint, hips and lower back area.
