The Primo Viaggio Convertible Kinetic follows child from infancy through toddlerhood by converting from a rear-facing to a forward-facing car seat. SIP adjusts to 10 different height positions, even with child in seat. Kinetic pods help to move forces away from your baby in case of a side collision. Energy absorbing foam, EPS, in shell. EPP in the head panel protects child’s body from impact forces.
The Anti-Rebound bar protects baby by minimizing forces and reducing rotation in case of a front or rear collision. The ARB is integrated and stow able. The ARB spacer allows for extended rear-facing use by increasing your child’s leg room by 2 inches.
Easy tight latch system offers ease of use and installation
Tri-Stage cushion system is included for comfort and support of a newborn’s neck and bottom. As your child grows, cushions can be sequentially removed to keep baby properly positioned.

Fell in love instantly without any hesitation!
So far she only was able to sit in it but seems comfy. The belt doesn’t cut into her legs! Has everything I wanted regrading safety and the nicest looking seat don’t know why these are not sold in stores. I don’t think people would by anything other if they were. If you thinking about it get it! Quality is outstanding fabric meant to last and so beautiful and you just have to touch to know! Love the light soft pink!! I’m in love any regret was waiting 4 months to order. Not really the price dropped on the pink one!! Love love love. I’m sure I will once installed!!! Just adding to the review had carseat and had to bring in to a local car seat place center for childhood safety as they installed initially but seat came loose and the had to fight to get it tight again. So hopefully will not have an issue anymore. Still in love with seat one of my favorite purchase I couldn’t be happier with.

Love this car seat!! My son cried every car ride in his uppababy aria infant seat and since switching, he doesn’t mind the car at all! He’ll happily sit in his peg perego. It’s a safe seat and feels extremely high quality. We haven’t had to clean yet but seems like a simple wipe down will do. We’ll be buying another for my husbands truck and will likely use this brand for every kid we have in the future. I looked at car seats for weeks and am so happy with this one. If you’re in the mind numbing process of car seat shopping, just get this one. Stop torturing yourself! This one is even fire retardant free which was the highest priority on my list.

We have 2 of these, one for my now 3 year old and we just got a second for my 1 year old. They are both super comfy in them, to the point they can both easily sleep. My 3 year old can still ride backwards which I really like (I believe she’s at a threshold where the child can be front or backwards facing, so you can choose). I don’t personally ever take the car seats in and out of the car, but when my husband does, he is able to take out and put back in really quickly and I easily. The pink color is really pretty but it will show dirt after awhile so you have to be ok with that, or I’d recommend a darker color. I feel like they keep my babies really safe and secure!

Pretty good…
For the most part I really love this car seat. It’s comfortable and it rides cool. Easy to install. The pink color is really pretty too. My only complaint is the harness release button is so hard to access. I have small skinny fingers and about sprain my finger every time I try to reach it. I thought about cutting the fabric overlying the button just to access it easier. Also thought about returning it due to this issue but I really love everything else about it so we will make it work!

Fantastically safe and comfy chair, would recommend time and time again
Our first grandbaby grew out of her infant car seat at about a year. We did a LOT of research on car seats and according to the NTSB this is one of the safest! She absolutely loves this chair. She was not a car sleeper before but this one is so comfy she almost always falls asleep on car rides now!

I’m not a baby seat expert by any means, but I bought 2 of these for my family. My wife got into an accident on the highway going 50+mph with our 2yo in the back facing forward. An elderly gentleman was not paying attention and pulled out onto the highway right in front of my wife. Thank the Lord, no one was hurt. My wife’s car was totaled beyond repair. The fire fighter’s exact words – “had y’all bought a cheaper car seat, we’d be having a completely different conversation.”Nothing more needed to be said. Purchasing another one to replace the used one and will likely purchase more.

Love this seat so much. My baby is always happy in her seat, it’s like the cardillac of carseats. So well cushioned. Easy to install. 7 week old is a happy traveler.
