How do I charge the Multi-Care Cream Pen?
The Cream Pen uses a Type-C charging cable, just like most smartphones. Simply connect it to any USB port or power adapter. It’s easy and convenient for everyday use.
Is the device waterproof?
The device is splash-resistant, meaning you can safely clean it with a damp cloth or wet wipes. However, please avoid rinsing it directly under running water or soaking it in water, as this may damage the internal parts.
How long does it take to fully charge and how can I tell when it’s ready?
It usually takes about 50 minutes to fully charge and never more than 100 minutes. While charging, the indicator light glows red and will turn solid green once fully charged. The pen automatically stops charging when full.
What functions or modes does the ComfortNip Pen have?
The pen offers 3 modes:Vibration Mode (Green light):smothing relief.
Heating Mode (Red light): Warms up to about 104°F (40°C) for soothing relaxation.
Cooling Mode (Blue light): Cools down to about 59°F (15°C) for instant comfort.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
With a full charge, the battery can last for approximately 5.5 hours in Vibration Mode, 2.5 hours in Heating Mode, or 50 minutes in Cooling Mode. Battery life may vary slightly depending on usage and environment.

Soothing and smells great
This is a convenient refill for the ComfortNip pen. The cream goes on easy and is really soothing on sore chafed nipples. It’s very light, not thick or goopy like some other nipple creams, and doesn’t ruin your clothes. It has a very pleasant, sweet smell. And it’s safe for breastfeeding so you can slather it on and not have to worry about cleaning it off. I use it between pumps so it’s great to be able to leave it on but also not have greasy residue all over my pump parts.

Gentle and Soothing Nipple Cream Refill!
The Momcozy ComfortNip™ Nipple Cream Refill is a great option for breastfeeding moms looking for gentle, effective relief. The botanical-infused formula feels soothing and moisturizing without being greasy, and it absorbs well into the skin. I like that it’s designed as a refill for the 3-in-1 cream pen, making it convenient and less wasteful. It helped calm dryness and irritation quickly, and I felt comfortable using it regularly during nursing. Overall, it’s a practical, gentle, and reliable choice for lactation care.

I love this momcozy nip balm.
I have used this nip cream with my momcozy m5 pumps since I had my baby in Jan. It works great to keep any chafing from happening and it’s baby safe, so it won’t affect my milk quality. My only disclaimer, because I have a son allergic to latex and latex fruits: this balm contains avocado oil. It shouldn’t be a problem for most, but in case you or your baby has an allergy, that’s one to look out for. I really like this cream, it’s like icy hot for your sore nips, but not too strong. It’s easy to clean off the pumps, too, which is a selling point for me. Most importantly: you don’t have to have the massage pen to use this cream. It comes out like a normal cream without the pen. It has a nice gentle herbal scent, it isn’t strong.

Gentle, effective cream even without the pen
I accidentally ordered this without realizing it was a refill, but I was still able to use it without any issues. The cream is very soothing and gentle, and it helped a lot with dryness and sensitivity. It absorbs nicely and doesn’t feel sticky, which made it comfortable to use throughout the day. Even though I didn’t plan on buying the refill version, I’m really glad I tried it because the formula works very well.

Feels like overpriced hand lotion
First– this cream did not come with any type of safety seal. I feel like it should definitely have one, and that bothers you then for sure do not order.Second–I am only reviewing the cream, not the pen tool.I am very underwhelmed with this cream. I typically use lanolin which works amazing, but even several non lanolin creams I’ve tried work way better than this. This honestly feels and smells like a basic lotion to me. I don’t like it for my nipples at all, and would not want my baby to eat it. I didn’t like it on my lips either. It’s ok as hand lotion, but way overpriced for that. I will not be reordering and would not personally recommend this cream.

Works great, unexpectedly smells really nice?
I accidentally bought a refill without owning the device it’s supposed to go to, but it works just like regular lotion without the wand. I found it nice and comforting, my infant is going through a stage in which she keeps accidentally nipping me when she nurses, so I am feeling pretty chapped and uncomfortable. Just provided immediate relief and a couple of hours later they were still feeling soothed by it.An unexpected perk is that it smells really nice? It doesn’t have any added fragrances as far as I can tell so one of the ingredients must just have a really nice smell naturally. I wish I knew which one, I would totally wear this as a body lotion with that nice gentle fragrance. This is a nice vegan alternative to lanolin as well.

Read the review, not my stars for this one
My actual refill never arrived. However, the product is great and works well. This is the only reason I am giving this 5 stars is because I have used and liked it. There is a scent. It does stick around and will get on your close that touch where you use the cream. It does wash out. I’m going to take a picture, just know that what you get will look slightly different.
