I had 2 others first and my nurse recommended me this one. I think is the best of the ones I have tried. It helps to support a lot of the weight of the growing belly

i have used this intermittently for my first pregnancy and quite a lot for my 2nd. the second is carried high so this is an essential item to get me thru my days. i would be happier if it didnt create an awkward bulging seam under clothing, but some things aren't worth fighting, and i doubt it could be helped. this is essential to my 2nd pregnancy and i wear it almost every time i leave the house, or lifting. while i dont love it i do rate it as a great tool for your back and abs during this time.

This is one of the products I was really desperate to get to relieve some pregnancy discomfort here in month 9, and let me say, what a let down.
The product basically does the exact opposite of each claim on the package: 1) It does not gently lift the stomach, you start wondering if your baby is getting a dent in his head. 2) The material is it cool or comfortable especially if it touches your bare skin. Overall the material in the back is so stiff it stops you from doing any normal movements like bending at all at the waist or squatting to pick something up without discomfort. 3) “Easily worn under clothes” LOL, yeah if you don’t mind looking like you’re wearing a giant weird diaper sure. Even if you do manage to shove this thing under your clothes it’s going to pinch your skin or present the same problem as above. If you need to actually get anything done you’re going to have to take it off. The rubbing on the back is incredibly uncomfortable even for just a few minutes.
I just don’t understand why the material isn’t lower profile and stretchier like a more intense Bella band. I hate this thing so much. What a waste of $40. I’ll be returning it (for the second time because the first time they sent me the wrong size).

The belt is wonderful for back pain. I have chronic intermittent episodes of musculoskeletal back pain and have had essentially none since wearing the belt. The only complaint I have is it irritating the skin on my stomach. I would suggest wearing something under it.
