I’ve seen people on TikTok say that baby shampoo isn’t ideal for adults because adult hair supposedly has different needs. However, in my experience, this shampoo actually works really well for me.It leaves my hair feeling very soft, smooth, and easy to manage, with no frizz. I also notice that it makes my hair much easier to comb through after washing, which I really appreciate. The scent is gentle and pleasant overall, though in the bottle it does smell a bit synthetic at first. After I shower and my hair dries, though, it smells much more natural and clean to me.

I got this for my 2 year old little girl because her old shampoo just wasn’t making her hair feel soft or make her curls pop out at all. But I LOVE this shampoo! It smells so good and the quality of it is amazing. It makes her hair so soft and silky and keeps her hair from being all dry and tangled.
