Get this and throw away your playdough and slime – this stuff is amazing!
This stuff is awesome. I’m shocked more people don’t know about it. Unlike playdough this stuff doesn’t really dry out, it doesn’t stain, doesn’t destroy fabric when it comes in contact with it. Also, when you mix the colors, it doesn’t turn into a ugly brown color. I have a son who is autistic and he LOVES this stuff. He is an amazing sculpture. He loves to just make figures with this stuff. We use it during ABA. It helps calm him. It’s fun even for adults. I know playdough and slime are in every store but this stuff is way better. I better value, and it lasts forever. It’s an amazing value. It’s also a great gift. The blocks come individually double wrapped so it’s easy to just give kids one or two colors and then add more later – or even give them as gifts. Just an amazing product. I tell all the moms about it.

Such fun stuff!!!!
My whole family loves this product- our grandchildren (3 & 4) played with this for hours. Our son, daughter and their two spouses also were very entertained by this foam! It didn’t have any noxious smell (and we’re a very sensitive group), it was easy to clean up- left no residue on anything, very fun to mix all the colors together and get rainbow foam, instead of the ugly brown you get when you mix the colors of some of the other dough type toys. I may get more!!! The only issue was that what they called red is really pink- who cares?

Fun but has a chemical smell
These were just as pictured- colors are pretty vibrant and my almost 3 yr old kiddo has enjoyed the texture and putting it into his toy trains, etc. Main downsides are that it doesn’t stick very well so making actual 3d shapes is difficult and also (and main issue) it has a very very strong chemical smell- almost paint thinner or gasoline or something like that) which makes me really doubt the non toxic label

Sticky
I should have read the reviews more carefully. Fortunately, I checked the product out before I gave it to my grandkids. It is very sticky. I had difficulty getting it off of my fingers. The colors are very pretty and it’s a fun concept, but not practical.

Do not buy!
Horrible! These were semi dry so all the tiny beads just went everywhere. Definitely a choking hazard or even just an eating hazard for small children and pets. Made a complete mess and stuck to my hands. These went right into the garbage!! I was upset because I had taken them on vacation for my niece to play with but heck no!!

I prefer it to playdough… by a long shot.
This stuff is awesome! Our 3 year old LOVES playdough, but it seems to dry out after only one or two uses, I despise the way it smells and makes my hands feel, and clean up is a nightmare in a mostly carpet house (even with a designated area to use it in).For us this was a godsend. Our daughter loves it and even I find it strangely calming to squish around on my own lol.I noticed a few concerns in other reviews that I wanted to address based on our experience:1) Yes, it’s pretty sticky but that’s expected in order to keep the foam “beads?” together so it’s definitely a different experience than working with playdough or clay. I haven’t had any trouble with my daughter “getting it all over” like some of the other reviews, but I stray beads DO get left behind, I just take a tight clump of foam to pick them up and they lift right up – I’m sure there’s a scientific way to describe it, but it seems like the beads are designed to “prefer” sticking to themselves rather than other surfaces.2) It does leaves a trace amount of a sticky residue on the counter, but it cleans up easily and I prefer it to the more oily residue left by playdough. I’m not worried about the residue damaging any surfaces, and it cleaned up with my mild everyday cleaner and a paper towel.3) Our blue brick was noticeably drier than the other colors so it didn’t stick together as well, but it seemed to get better the longer we worked with it. Plus all of the colors eventually got mixed together anyway so it didn’t really matter for our purposes.4) I gave my daughter the first brick straight out of the package but because it was so compacted for packaging, she had a hard time molding it. So I simply mashed it and spread it out from the original brick to get it started for her, and she had no further problems working with it.It’s a new family favorite in this house all around!

Impeccable customer service!
Ok so, the foam itself is OK. Not the greatest quality, but it still is fun to play with. For the amount of time kids play with things and move onto the next fascination, its a good product at a good price. Each block is approximately the volume of a large softball, maybe a little more.. What the amazing 5 star review is about is this…..I emailed the company because the purple color was crumbly and falling apart. The company said they would refund me 50% to compensate and we’ve very sorry and extremely nice. My daughter really wanted the whole set so I offered to return the entire set to them. They promptly responded and said it was unecessary and that a new whole set was already on its way! What a great company with amazing customer service!

The 2 year old played with this for about 15mins.(That’s about half a day regular human time.)Can be left out of the box and still good when you find it laying around the house weeks later. (A win for the kid)Can’t remember how much it costs but it’s worth it because he still finds it around the house and has a good squeeze every now and then. All in all…. better than playdoh
