Very comfortable fit, love the temperature versatility
These are such a relief to use, and I love that they are able to be used hot or cold depending on your needs. They feel durable so I don’t have to worry about them leaking, and they are the perfect size for fitting in my bra. I definitely think they are made of a high quality material that is going to last me as long as I need to use them, so it is worth the money for the level of comfort that they give. Material feels like a heavy plastic, kind of like a pool floatie if that makes sense. Happy nursing!

I am super impressed with these hot and cold breast ice packs.I bought them for my daughter who is expecting. Although they advertise as ideally being used for after baby’s birth for breastfeeding moms, she’s already been using them.They work great for soreness and I love that they can be used cold or heated up. Plus the soft fabric side is amazing. They are comfortable to use on sensitive skin, and really help with aches and soreness.I wish they had these back when I was pregnant and nursing. I had problems at first with my baby latching on when I was nursing and my breasts would become super sore and engorged. I can see how heating them and using in that situation would be especially helpful and therapeutic.I think the price point is great as well. I would definitely recommend them.

This would be especially helpful for anyone that is larger in the chest. I like that they can be used hot or cold, depending on your needs. They are designed to fit with most breast pumps as well. One side is velvety soft and the other side you can see the gel beads inside. You can wear these any way you want to, but I liked the feel of the gel bead side the best because you could feel the chill better.

These are a great product for nursing moms. There are some exceedingly painful moments in those first few weeks of nursing. And it’s such a critical period for pulling off success. Breastfeeding is one of my greatest gifts of those early motherhood years and anything to help make it more bearable is worth its weight in gold. These are simple ice packs that freeze quickly and easily, stay flexible and adjust to size, can fit inside the bra, and offer some soothing relief between feedings. Simple. They are also, however, useful for heating and can be heated in the microwave for ten seconds at a time to get warm. Very helpful if pumping, for getting letdown more easily. And if the rest of the household doesn’t really know they’re for, they’re just useful hot and cold packs for nearly any ache, pain, or sprain. Lovely, practical, and useful.

The Nu Momz Hot and Cold Breast Therapy Gel Packs (UPC #860014538421) come well packaged in a box with a plastic seal inside to protect them. There are two gel packs that are shaped like rings with a seven inch diameter. One side of a pack is covered with soft and velvety fabric. It feels very comfortable and the layer of fabric protects your skin from direct contact with the cold. The other side is clear, flexible plastic. Inside is filled with gel with soft squishy beads. The gel packs have a neat design that partially divides the gel and beads in six sections that are open at the top. The gel and beads can be moved around to distribute heat or cold, but it keeps the gel/beads around the whole ring and stops them from pooling around the bottom (like most of the gel packs I have used).I was able to heat a gel pack in the microwave in 20 seconds. The gel and beads can move around inside the pack so that the heat can be distributed evenly. I put the other gel pack in the freezer for about an hour and a half to make it cold. They felt very soothing.The gel packs can be washed easily.
