I love that it has the wheels so I’m able to move it out of the way or close to my bed at night. It was easy to assemble and the size is perfect my for space. It’s sturdy and I like the neutral color it goes well with my neutral color room

Amazing customer service, excellent experience
I purchased the bassinet as a baby shower for a friend. I planned to construct and stuff it. When I was putting it together I found a snapped locking pin. I reached out to customer service and they quickly and painlessly sent me a replacement bassinet. 100% would recommend. I think as consumers, we dont always realize how much customer service matters until we need it. They exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!I can also talk about this actual bassinet. Here i am, with my tools ready to spend a year putting it together. Well, no tools required. Easily assembled by 1 person in 5-10 minutes. You can tell from the construction and their response to my broken pin that they take safety serious.Highly recommend!

I bought this bassinet for my baby girl, and I’m very happy with it. The color is beautiful, and it fits perfectly beside my bed. It was easy to set up and feels sturdy and well made. Open side doesn’t go all the way down
I wish the open side of the bed would go all the way down so i can almost cosleep with my baby while she keeps her safe zone. Now it opens half way through and I have to get up everytime to reach her, sooth her etc. other than that its all good.

some soothing motion at bedtime
We wanted some soothing motion at bedtime, but not a motor running all night. This bassinet got that balance right.The rocking is parent-guided — we settle him when he needs it, then the motion stops when we stop. That gentle rhythm is what actually gets him into a deeper sleep. Not a fixed program, not a sensor deciding the speed — just a slow, steady sway that winds him down at his pace. We noticed pretty quickly that he was sleeping longer stretches than we expected in those early weeks. Because the motion isn’t constant, he never built a dependence on it. By three months, he barely needed any rocking at all, and moving him to the crib was genuinely the smoothest part of the whole process.That’s what we were looking for. Soothing enough to get him down. Simple enough not to create a habit we’d have to undo.

Safe and practical thoughtfully designed
We’ve been really happy with this basinet. It has clean, simple look that fits easily next to my bed and the neutral color makes it feel calm and cozy. The mesh sides are a big plus. They allow great airflow and make it easy to see rhe baby from any angle. The frame feels sturdy and well balanced, so there’s no wobbling when you move. It is also lightweight enough to reposition around the room if needed. The hight works well next to the bed, which makes nightime check-ins much easier

It’s okay, good for the price
While we do try to use it every night currently. The rocking feature is not smooth at all, and the wheels aren’t smooth either so we need to move our baby when he’s awake. If he’s asleep, moving the bassinet wakes him. He’s not a huge fan of sleeping here so we added a cushion that helps slightly.
