Fits plus sizes just fine
Saved me during the last trimester. I am pretty overweight this pregnancy at about 310 lbs at 5ft 7inches. This brace fits me fine with plenty of room, provides awesome support, and stops abdominal pain from fatigue of carrying baby around. I put this on and can do much, much more than I would be able to without it. Abdominal pain goes away and does not come back once I put this on. The only downsides are that this can cause heartburn if you put it on snug and the over-belly strap’s velcro is quite scratchy and can hurt delicate skin like inner arms when reaching or thighs when crouching. Worth it in the long run. If I wore a shirt over this it would probably stop the scratchiness, but I use it over my clothes because I like to adjust it as I go from standing to sitting and am often home where no one can see me with the brace on.

Wish I would have bought sooner
I wish I would have purchased this sooner. I was about 36 wks when I bought this. I was trying to just tough it out since I only had 4 wks left. I had major pelvic and hip pain to the point that it hurt to walk or even sit at times. This band did help. It didnt take all the pain away, but it gave me enough support that I was able to go on longer walks again. It was not very comfortable to sit in, and if I sat I would have to re-adjust it. I have a standing desk at work, so I only put this on if I was going to be standing for a long period or going for a walk etc. I am 5’5 and was about 280 when I purchased. The 3x was possibly a little big on me, but this is 3 parts and it is adjustable. Overall I am glad I went with the 3xl.

Nice support, but Velcro is lacking.
I like the support offered to me by using this belt. I spend 8 hours a day on my feet, and suffer from sciatica, so after a long shift, this thing really is a game changer.On the flip side, I do wish the closure provided more security. The small hook part on the belly band works fine, but the strips that secure the back brace to the belly band are woefully small. I have to remove the belt to use the bathroom, so I’m not sure if the constant removal is necessarily the issue here, but I find the left side of the back brace separating from the belly band very frequently now. I’ve been using this item for a few weeks, 5 days a week, and am 19 weeks away from birth.I also definitely recommend not sitting with this on, as it can be uncomfortable and restrictive to do so.Overall, it’s a decent product, and I would definitely give it more stars if the design was significantly more secure for those of us who have to bend, stoop, twist, walk and move all day.If you need a band for back pain, sciatic pain, hip pain, round ligament pain, or general support, I still strongly recommend this product. Please, though, be aware of the potential pitfalls of the design.

This Really Helps!
Love this band. I am carrying so low and the pain in my pelvis and hips have been so bad with this pregnancy. Not to mention middle to lower back pain. Plus I have a umbilical hernia which has been causing horrible pain if I’m on my feet for more than 10 minutes at a time. But this band really helps with all of the above. I feel instant relief in my back and on my hip and pelvis area. Even though it’s not supportive directly on my hernia, just the under belly support takes off so my of that pain and pressure too. With all of this pain I haven’t been able to cook for my family in months, which I was used to being the sole cook in the house, but my first day with this, I picked a wonderful, long meal to prepare and make to really test it out and after 2 hours of being on my feet at 34 weeks, I didn’t have a problem with it at all with this band on. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because I personally think it is very hard and uncomfortable to sit down and relax with it on. I was hoping I could put it on and leave it on all day, due to just hopping up and going to the bathroom kills my sciatic nerve, but I just can’t sit down in it, and since I’m not going to put it on every time I walk around the house for a few mins, it is reserved for when I really want to do something on my feet, which is suitable for my lifestyle, so it still works out great for me. But it may be something for you to consider if you have an up and down job or something. I read some reviews were other woman didn’t have a problem with sitting with it.

Do not buy!
I do not recommend! It is super bulky and uncomfortable to sit or lay down in. I tried to reach out to the company about the sizes like was instructed to and have not heard anything. Honestly got buy the more expensive ones.

3XL fit nicely
Love my belt and I received it in three days! I’m 36 weeks pregnant and weigh 310 currently, I wear a 26-28 in pants and I do have the dreaded belly hang 😑.. I was super worried that the 3XL would be to small. I read some positive reviews on the size so I gave it a chance. Glad I did! It comes in three parts. I really like the velcro. It’s not the prickly frizzy kind normally seen. The first piece was long enough to stretch from hip to hip and the elastic band had plenty of room to come around and across to the other side and stick nice and firm. I like how the second piece places on your back and you stretch the sides to a comfortable fit and it sticks firmly to the front pad. The top band I found was a little to long, but it sticks anywhere on the Belt so your able to tighten or place it where it’s really needed. I placed the belt against my skin and was not irritated or rubbed uncomfortably. I even mowed grass right after I put it on and it stayed in place. Great product and would recommend to anyone dealing with discomfort.

If you have a short torso, this belt may not work for you
I’m a plus size lady (size 20 when not pregnant/size 22 when pregnant) but I’m also 5 feet tall with a short torso. This is a great belly band, or would be if I were taller. Unfortunately, on my curvy petite frame it was bulky and out of proportion. The part that went under my tummy fit fine. The part that went around my back was too tall and kept rolling instead of supporting. Also, the flaps stuck out on the sides awkwardly, I’m assuming because I do have hips and curves. I’m sure on a tall person who doesnt have an hour glass shape this belly band might fit okay, but if you’re small and curvy, you might want to try something else.
