Make me sleep faster
I had one that was my favorite, but the remote control was giving me problems and I donated. I love everything about this humidifier essential oil diffuser and the relaxing rain sound. I use it as my night light, refresh my bedroom with the lavender scent oil and the relaxing sound of rain just before I lay down and sooner than later, I fall asleep. I thought that it was kind of expensive, but I needed urgently and the remote control is a must have.

Broke after 1 month
Edit : the seller reached out me and went above and beyond to make it right . Outstanding customer service from the seller when Amazon didn’t really care to help !Thank you ! 5 stars for customer service .Pretty and the lights and sounds are great . Now the downside : Used it for 1 month – now it’s broken . Didn’t do anything to it . It just stopped working . I tried troubleshooting and the customer service options – Amazon is not helping at all. Also no option to contact the seller anymore since the order was placed a month and a half ago . Very disappointed, for over $50 I expected it to work longer. It is impossible to be able to get good customer service through Amazon .

This product is so cool! I did initially reach out to customer support (which was so easy to do) cause my remote wasn’t working properly and within minutes they answered me and shipped out a new one!! The device itself works so well and is beautiful to look at, definitely a great addition to any room and a plus during flu season! Love it!
