Ice packs for breastfeeding
My daughter used these as ice packs for pain from nursing and they were really a game changer because they are sized appropriately and very comfortable – highly recommend.

Work well for breast feeding relief or breast biopsy comfort
Also work well if you have a breast biopsy to keep the swelling and pain at bay. These are a great solution. Freeze fast but not hard so they are comfortable. Not too large to make them noticeable or make the bra too tight. These are a good buy and would be a good gift!

Cool Mom by Ingrid and Isabel Reusable Breastfeeding Therapy Packs
As an experienced breastfeeding mom, I needed to find things that would make this breast-feeding (also exclusively pumping) journey a breeze. With my previous breastfeeding journeys, I have always suffered bad pain after feeds and needed to figure out a way to minimize that pain this time. This was a wonderful addition to my normal routine. The pain relief was significant enough where I knew that I would be able to get enough relief and comfort that I would just go through the pain. They definitely help with the sore nipples, clogged cuts and getting the milk flowing.I would say that they are quite effective. They are flexible when they are cold and fit into the bra and mold around the breasts as needed. This even worked well when my brother in law came to our house and had a cast on his arm. He needed something that would fit between his cast and his arm to get some relief and this fit in very well. It stayed cold for about an hour, just enough time to feel some relief. The price is reasonable but would be better if it was a bit less, since there are many items that are needed postpartum.

Wonderful for postpartum care, but a little pricey
These postpartum/breastfeeding therapy packs are wonderful. They are very soothing and pleasant to wear. They are flexible, portable, and simply simple. I highly recommend them for postpartum care. However, the current price of $28 is a bit steep.

Surprisingly perfect for non-breastfeeding breast pain
I originally got these therapy packs with a bit of hesitation, thinking they might only be useful for new moms who are actively breastfeeding. But I’m so glad I gave them a try! While I’m not breastfeeding, I’m peri menopausal and I do have very dense breast tissue with occasional painful lumps. These Cool Mom gel packs have been a total game-changer for managing that discomfort. The set includes two gel packs and two soft covers, which feel gentle and cozy against the skin. What I especially appreciate is the versatility. They can be used either hot or cold. When I’m dealing with extreme pain, I pop them in the freezer and they offer that deeply soothing, numbing relief that calms the area almost instantly. On days when the pain is more of a dull ache or I’m dealing with hormonal tenderness, warming them up gives me a gentle heat therapy that helps relax the tissue and improve circulation. They fit nicely in a bra, even for someone who’s not nursing, and the shape is discreet enough that I can wear them around the house without feeling awkward. I even use them while doing chores, and they stay in place just fine. The covers are washable too, which is a nice touch. What really surprised me was just how effective they are at easing pain related to breast density and lumps. It’s hard to find products that cater to this kind of discomfort, and these feel like a hidden gem. They help reduce that heavy, sore feeling and genuinely make a difference during those sensitive days of the month when everything just feels inflamed. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, or just dealing with breast tenderness for any reason, these therapy packs are absolutely worth a try. I didn’t expect to love them as much as I do but now I genuinely can’t imagine being without them.

Great but a little pricey
Wife: Good size, worked exactly as advertised! Got me through the initial months of breast feeding. They’re still holding up as of today, so no issues with durability. That said, I was very careful with them and take good care of my things. Regardless, they seem to be holding up. They’re a little pricey for what they are, but I think that might just be the market for these kinds of post-partum things. Overall, I found them to be comfortable and last long enough inbetween feeds, and certainly were a help in the early days of breastfeeding our first.

Such a relief
These packs have been a game changer for my wife. She’s been having to take various medications and treatments for her hormones for some issues she’s been dealing with for a couple years now and breast pain and tenderness has been an on going issue she’s had to deal with. We figured maybe these packs could help her and they most definitely have. Being able to go from warming to cooling depending on how she feels on a particular day has been such a relief for her.

Cool Mom by Ingrid and Isabel Reusable Breastfeeding Therapy Packs
This has probably been a pumping lifesaver for me. After pumping my girls are very sore and these reusable ice packs provide a nice cooling relief to the sore nipples. I like that they get cold but not freeze fully so they are more pliable and have the ability to contour properly around my nipples. The only issue that I found was they did not stay cold for too long due to their thinness. I also noticed that they have an expiration date of six months from the time that I purchased them. I don’t know if that is by design or if they have been in the warehouse for a very long time. I have not used them with heat but I am hoping that they are able to provide the same type of pain relief that the cold does.
