Better sleep, easier breathing, and a calmer baby — all in one beautifully crafted pacifier.
The Chicco PhysioForma Luxe Orthodontic Pacifier goes beyond comfort, supporting the way babies naturally breathe, sleep, and self-soothe, so parents can feel confident day and night.
Behind every PhysioForma pacifier is a clinically developed orthodontic nipple created with guidance from an advisory panel of neonatologists, pediatricians, and orthodontists. Its exclusive shape gently supports physiological breathing by helping position the tongue forward to promote a more open airway — a difference many parents feel almost immediately in the form of calmer breathing, easier soothing, and a more restful sleep.
The one-piece, Italian-made silicone is velvety soft with a premium matte finish that mirrors the comforting feel babies love. Tiny ridges and the inclined orthodontic nipple support healthy palate and oral development, while the narrow base encourages proper lip closure — a thoughtful detail that can make acceptance easier for even the pickiest little ones.
A gently textured shield and handle soothe baby during teething and generous ventilation holes help keep delicate skin dry. And because parents deserve simplicity, the included reusable case sterilizes your pacifiers in just 3 minutes and doubles as a clean, on-the-go carry case.
Available in modern, fashion forward tones that elevate every outfit, stroller ride, and bedtime routine — because the things your baby needs can also be beautiful.
Choose the perfect fit for your little one: 0–6m, 6–16m, 16–24m. Designed and made in Italy with precision, care, and a passion for better sleep.

Only one my baby likes
Only pacifier my daughter has liked!I have purchased 4 other brands of pacifier, Avent, Dr Brown and others and my daughter would spit them out right away. I debated buying another one as I’ve collected quite a few she doesn’t enjoy but saw how these are different from the others and decided to give it a try. So far this is the only one that she keeps and has helped her soothe. Size seems great for her as an almost 5 month old. Quality and durability seem what I expect from this brand. And prive is just right. They are easy to clean and colors are cute. I would buy again
Me encantó mi satén, es una comodidad, lo compré exclusivamente para pescado pero hago de todo tipo de carnes, divino –
Great Orthodontic Pacifier for Happy Babies
This orthodontic pacifier has been a wonderful choice for my niece. The shape seems very comfortable and natural for the mouth, and it stays in place much better than other pacifiers we tried. The material is soft, durable, and easy to clean, which is a big plus for parents.

Good binky
These pacifiers for up to 36 months have been amazing overall. My son really likes them and they’ve been great for soothing. The only downside is he’s been biting through them after about 10 days or so, which has meant I’ve had to reorder a few times. That said, I know that comes with the territory of a toddler with a full set of teeth, especially as we’re starting to wean him off.Despite that, they’ve worked really well for us and I’d still give them a solid 4-star rating.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing
My daughter hated the other pacifiers we tried, couldn’t keep them in her mouth for some reason. Once we switched to these, we have to fight her to take it out. Great product.

Affordable and dishwasher safe!
I love these pacifiers! I have used them for both my kids and never had a problem. They are affordable and the sizes go up to the toddler years. They are one silicone piece so I never have to worry about water retention.I love knowing that these will have the best chance of not effecting my babies incoming teeth. Absolutely win!

Perfect for toddler with oral sensory needs
My son is 2 1/2 and expected to be on the spectrum (waiting on diagnosis) and he has oral sensory needs. We have tried all the teethers and he does not want them. Tried these for when he sticks his hands in his mouth or grinds his teeth and these are perfect! He bites and pulls them hard and they do not rip. Purchase 2 of the 2-packs and will probably get more to make sure there is one in every room lol

The Best Paci!
We love these pacifiers. My son seemed to always cry unless he was being fed. We ended up getting these pacifiers for him after a week because it was so much crying and we were running out of ways to try to soothe him. It helped a lot! I LOVE how these pacifiers are shaped and designed. I feel so bad for giving our first-born very basic pacis that barely stayed in her mouth…might be why she was never a fan of them. The breathing holes make me feel better, I love how I can sanitize them, the cost is good, and the quality is wonderful. We have bought these at least 6 times and they have held up great, no tears or strange issues going on. We love the orange color the most for our boy. We tossed his older ones and he’s at the largest size now. Now trying to ween him off! I always recommend these pacifiers to expecting parents!

Very small for size
My baby wont take this despite being in the age range of 0-6M, it is too small for her mouth, & she is quite small for her age in 15th percentile, that said my baby does not typically like Pacifiers at all, but silicone ones occasionally for teething, I wish i got the 6-18M.That said it is very cute with the heart shaped breathing holes, & easy to clean as it is a 1 pc silicone pacifier & harder than other silicone ones which makes it okay to use for a backup as early teether. It does not hold water due to the one pc design & it is cheaper than the other brand she will take.
