The Best On The MarketI was looking for a several good Ice cube Tray , in order to freeze what i need for making Excellent Iced Coffee In Granita Style !I have search and search on amazon and there are so many…AND THIS ONE’S ARE THE BESTAnd why ?Because it made from Silicone , it very easy to pull out the cubes , it does not receive odor as it has cover , it will never brake and it will lass for many years of use , it is much more comfortable then any other ice cube tray , and it is EXCELLENT for freeze stuff for Blender use .So for example:You purchase a special powder coffee which the coffee company’s sale for Iced Coffee (it comes in a pack of 1 Kg) , and if you want to make it in a blander carafe of 1.5 Liter , then you take 250 grams of this special coffee powder and you mix it with around 50 ml of worm water.You freeze apart 1.4 Liter of milk in this Trays , and you also freeze around 50 ml fresh espresso , and then you put all in the blender and blend it.Viola – you have Iced Coffee same as in the restaurant without the need to use granita machine which cost $2000.00 USDYou can add Kalua Liqueur or Irish Cream Liqueur to the blender mix if you like.AS for the Coffee Powder:You have to contact one of the Coffee Company’s like Segafredo Coffee , Or Lavazza Coffee Or illy Coffee , and all of them sale’s powder coffee for Iced Coffee for Granita Machine.So you purchase it from them , and you use it in your blender in the way i described here above.Thanks

A little pricey but effective!
I was originally against paying 20 bucks for something that you can use a 2 dollar ice tray for. However, take the baby food out of the ice tray quickly became a chore and the amount that it held was definitely not enough. We already have the BEABA baby food maker (which is pretty amazing) so eventually, I said lets do this and purchased this container. The portion for each slot is much greater than my ice cube tray (holds about two and a half cubes worth) and its so easy to pop out when they’re ready). Do I think it’s worth the 20 bucks now? Heck no…but it is definitely better than the ice cube trays.My baby has since moved on from baby food and has transitioned to older baby foods? Anyway, we don’t need it anymore and so I have re-purposed this as an ice ball tray for when drinking whiskey. Obviously not a complete sphere but it works!

Best lid of the three baby food trays I have tried.
Beaba previously sold, through Williams-Sonoma, a 7 cup version which had somewhat smaller cups. That would have been my preference, but this one does fine as well, and some people may prefer the slightly larger portion size (3 oz) vs the previous version’s 2 oz. (The latter is still available from some sellers, but at considerably higher cost.)Beaba has the best cover of all the baby food trays I have tried. Its ‘clips’ on the cover do clip, and hold the lid on. Unlike other lids, this lid has some stiffness. This matters most when you are transporting the entire tray, as I do regularly, but just to be safe, I slide the frozen tray into a 1 gallon freezer bag. Nothing is perfect, but this lid is quite good, and I’ve never had a spill using the Beaba trays in the two years I’ve been using them.This version is made in Italy, as is the sky blue color.

Amazing product for homemade baby food!
This is my favorite product ever! If I had a bigger freezer, or all the time in the world to make baby food, I would have gotten ten! It is so easy to freeze baby food in here and then pop out the food once it’s frozen. It is also very easy to clean and I have had no problems with any of the food staining the product. I like that the cups are a little bigger because it gives me the option of making smaller or larger servings of baby food. (I have a 7mo). I have also had no issues with any sort of plastic smell- and I am extremely sensitive to smells!

Great freezer storage
Was looking for storage for the baby meals I make with my beaba food processor. I thought about going with less expensive versions or using ice cube trays, but am glad I read others’ reviews and purchased these. They store just the right amount for my six-month old’s meals (and just the right amount for wean green containers), and they are easy to use. They clean well, and most importantly, you can pop each portion out pretty easily (something I worried about with ice cube trays). These are worth the investment if you are into making your own baby food.

Good for baby and beyond!
I was using these for freezing baby food, but what about when they are not eating baby food anymore? I make broth about twice a month for cooking and soups. Freezing in these has made the process so awesome! I can pour, freeze, easily pop them out a day later and throw them in a freezer bag. Better then ice trays because they are easy to pop out and are bigger portions. You could make ice pops for the kids in them as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that I left one in the freezer a long time and now it has a horrible freezer smell. It doesn’t affect the taste of what I freeze so it really shouldn’t matter, but I’m just a snob and can’t get the smell out no matter what I use!Update 8/8/15My toddler’s out of the baby food stage, and I’ve been using these for ice cubes (and broth making). They still have that horrible smell, but it doesn’t leave a taste in the ice so it’s not a big deal. The blue version of these completely fell apart, though. It ripped just from me popping out some ice, and it just shredded into pieces. I really didn’t use that one that much, so it was surprising. The green ones seem to be holding up much better. They feel thicker for some reason. The tops are NOT airtight, so I wouldn’t leave the food or ice in them too long, or you probably will get that smell in the food.If this review was helpful to you, please give a thumbs up.

I now have two of these sitting happily in my freezer and would suggest all mums going through weaning buy at least one!My little one quickly moved on from little ice cube trays and these were perfect for us from about 6months and we’re still using them now at 8 months – they are great portion sizes and easy to pop the food out when needed
