Our go to!
I wasn’t sure if a plush sound machine would actually make a difference, but the sloth susher has quickly become one of our most-used baby items—and honestly, a total lifesaver.## Our go-to soothing buddyFrom the first night we used it, I noticed how quickly it helped calm my baby. The gentle “shhh” sound is surprisingly effective—it mimics what babies are used to hearing and really helps settle them down. It’s now part of our nap time and bedtime routine, and I’ve seen a big difference in how easily my baby drifts off to sleep. The rhythmic shushing sound is designed to recreate a calming womb-like environment, which many parents find helps babies relax faster. (Shusher)What makes this even better is the cry-sensor feature. If my baby starts fussing, it automatically turns back on and soothes them again without me having to jump up right away. That alone has saved me so many middle-of-the-night wakeups. The plush design is another huge win. It’s super soft, adorable, and doubles as a comfort item—not just a gadget. I love that it can attach to the crib or stroller, so we can bring it anywhere and keep that same sleep environment consistent. Features like adjustable volume, a timer, and easy attachment make it practical for everyday use. (Walmart.com)It’s also really simple to use—just one button, no complicated setup. When you’re already exhausted, that simplicity matters more than you’d think.Overall, this sloth susher is one of those baby products that actually lives up to the hype. It’s comforting, effective, and makes sleep routines so much smoother. If you’re struggling with soothing your baby or just want something to make nights a little easier, I highly recommend giving this a try.

Calming
Perfect for keeping babies calm.
They are gross don’t get them. –
Doesn’t sound the same as the other
The voice sounds like a man which is a little weird but other than that it’s good!

Can turn on even without hands!
Have tried multiple sound machines and what I love most about this one is that I can put it on the floor in front of the crib and use my foot to turn it on like a pedal, in the middle of the night when I don’t have extra hands, because i’m rocking baby. It’s cute and adorable too.

Cute plush sloth but I’m skepticle about the “Shusher” function.
The plush sloth is very soft and cute. I’m not convinced about the science behind the White Noise “Shusher” technology. When activated it emits a white noise sound, but according to the instructions it’s only supposed to do that when the baby cries.

A Sleep Must
My son didn’t really like his sloth at first but right around 5 months old something changed. Now he loves it and it’s attached to the outside of his crib. I love that it turns itself back on when he cries and it’s super cute!

Mixed feelings about the sound
The sloth is cute and very soft. It’s a nice size for my baby to hold and it attaches pretty securely to my stroller or car seat. The sound is adjustable, although a bit awkward to adjust and I don’t love that it defaults to the loudest setting. I’m also not sure about the sound and my baby seems unsure about the sound too. My toddler loves to get this and turn it on when my baby cries (the button is easy to use and it took my 4 year old under a minute to figure it out). It does get my baby to stop crying but I’m don’t think it would sooth her to sleep either – she almost seems kind of intrigued combined with confused by the sound. I guess it does work at getting my baby to stop crying, but I also find it kind of irritating so overall I’m not sure how I feel about this shusher sloth.
