A lifesaver for a very curious toddler. Easy to apply and use but not so easy the toddler has figured it out yet. Has held up well to constant yanking on the oven door (toddler and us forgetting its locked) and makes it feel much safer for the kids to be in the kitchen.

Needs some design tweaks
Update: it’s awful. My husband forgot about it and opened the oven and it popped off and caught fire in the bottom of the oven, it seemed to be the sticky part that caught fire and he stuck it back on after it cooked but it wasn’t Sticking well when it was brand new so it definitely wasn’t Sticking well after it fell into the oven. When I went to use the oven I turned the lock and opened the door and apparently he didn’t check the door clearance so it hit the lock and knocked it in the oven again!! We just put the strap kind on the door and hope that it holds up to the heat.This doesn’t stick well. If you let it sit, it’ll stick better but if my kid were to pull remotely fast/hard, it would come off with that amount of force. It also sticks up past the top of the range in order to clear the oven door. It’s okay but not great.

Very easy to install worth the money I bought two
Very easy to install great value for the money pretty much blends in unless you’re looking for it. Locking mechanism works and stands up to a toddler pulling on the oven door easy to install. I bought two, one from my house, one for the grandparents.
