I am short waisted so this one was way too long for me! I used it for awhile and it suits the purpose but had to order a smaller size.

This is comfortable, but not very “ stiff” enough. I will keep and wear for my sit-ups😊Also, this runs large.

This binder provides excellent support and is very comfortable tonwear, even for longer periods. It is easy to put on and allows for endless sizing as it is secured by way of velcro which binds are whatever size you ask of it. Furthermore, the velcro keeps everything securely in place even during frequent movement. It provided excellent core strength support and inspired confidence at a time when there was little to none.It had also washed very well, the I would recommend washing it alone, due to the large area of velcro.Definitely recommended.
