use as regular icepacks
I can’t speak to how good these are for a hemorrhoid or your perineal postnatal. But the shape is perfect for wrapping around large pots that I’m trying to cool down in the fridge. I freeze them in a curved pattern and they perfectly wrap big pots. At the cost, they are a great value compared to other icepacks. They also hold temp for much longer than expected. Another person noted that they are rock hard when frozen, which I could see being a problem in your nether regions, but is great for other uses.
