God Bless whomever created these.I’m not using these for childbirth; I’m using it for labiaplasty.My poor swollen, itchy, *incredibly* sensitive sliced open vagina – WHY does there have to be SO many nerves down there? It’s been AWFUL. After sleeping with full size ice packs crammed into my underwear, I tried these and I feel like every woman should get them. A painful period, too long on a bike, super hot day …These are really long, which works great because I am so swollen right now. The sleeves are extremely soft and comfortable, and the Velcro keeps the ice pack in place. The little beads help it adjust shape to get to every spot. They only stay cold enough for 20-30 min, which is fine, I’m buying another set. These are SUCH a relief!!

These are okay. Ordered these for post herpetic neuralgia. They do seem to stay cool for around an hour and that is nice and it temporarily relieves the pain. If you freeze these, I wrap it in a wash cloth even after using the sleeve that came with them. Otherwise they’re just too cold.I wish they were not as long though. Seems ridiculous if you’re trying to walk around as it makes it uncomfortable.

Helps with the discomfort and swelling
These were so amazing for afterbirth. After 2 days of being in the hospital and coming home I had my husband put these in the freezer the night before I was able to come home with the newborn. They helped relieve the pain and swelling so much. I love the ice packs with the beads in them as that way it’s not Just one huge chunk of ice sitting in your underwear the beads help mold to your shape. The size is very nice and long, helps cover the whole area that I need. They come with little pouches with a super cute design on them as the design doesn’t really matter though as no one’s going to see it except me. But as for the pouches anyway they have velcro wings on them to help The ice pack stay in place. It comes with two ice packs and two sleeves between your legs obviously is going to be pretty hot so the ice only stays cold maybe 30 minutes top set of time but since there’s two of them you can swap them out as you please. I have not tried to heat the The packs yet as I’ve only been using for the cold but it does say that you can use them for hot when needed. The packs are very easy to wash off with soap and water after each use, obviously the sleeves need to be machine washed depending on you if you put anything over them when you have them on. Definitely would recommend

Both packs busted open on their second use and the gel inside is difficult to clean up. The covers are nice though.

low price makes value for cost super worthwhile
The long length of these is great, as is the fill of the beads. The second point is extremely important: the packs are not overfilled, which means there is enough give for the beads to sit against your body, instead of it being a long fat bar that keeps most of them away from your skin. The set temp doesn’t last overly long, but it lasts for a solid 10 minutes, which is what you need. The most important thing about these is that there are two for $10, so one can be in the freezer and one in use, for a relatively small amount of money. It’s a big effect for a small output. I like having the sleeves very much, because the sleeves hold them where they should stay and give you something you can throw in the wash. They’re worthwhile.

These are a great thing to have on hand. The liners are so soft and comfortable and the gel bead packs mold nicely. I like that you can go hot or cold with them and that there are two so you can rotate. Really great solution to pain in an awkward place.

These hot/cold packs are a great size and seem durable. The small beads are fine but I prefer gel in these type of therapeutic packs. Gel moulds better to the contours of your body; especially in sensitive areas. Applying ice or heat to some parts of the body is tricky to keep the pack in place. The jersey sleeve and velcro wings are a great asset, helping to hold the pack in place.
