Perfect size
These work great for small amounts of sauce, whipping cream and chicken broth.

Great molds, but a fill line would be nice.
These 2 tbsp silicone freezer molds are perfect for freezing leftover chicken and beef stock for later use. My first time using them I did measure out 2 tbsp specifically to see where it filled up to. I understand there needs to be room to expand (and there is room for this), but I do wish there was a fill line. After using it several times, I’m able to eye ball it, but if you need or want very specific measurements, you’ll need to measure each portion individually. They are silicone so they are flexible, which makes it easy to remove the frozen cube, but they aren’t so flexible that they spill what you filled it with trying to transfer to the freezer. They aren’t really easy to use, just fill it with your water, stock, etc. and place the cover/lid on top, then freeze. To remove, you can just pop the silicone up on the bottom to push out the ice cube. I do wish that it was one mold of 18, rather than two smaller molds of 9, it maybe that makes it easier to fit in smaller freezer spaces. Overall, I’m very happy with these molds, I just wish they had a fill line.

High Quality Leak-Tight Freezer Molds
I get intermittent supplies of fresh lemons from friends with lemon trees. When I do get the fresh lemons, I cannot use them all before they go bad. I wanted to freeze the excess lemon juice for lemon tea. These molds are perfect for this purpose – each cube holds about 2 tablespoon of juice. The mold has a cover that latches onto the rim of the mold and makes the mold leak tight – no leak even when it is filled to the brim.The molds are made of soft flexible silicon rubber. It is still pliable at freezer temperature and I can easily pop out a cube of lemon juice. The molds are easy to clean and remains odor free. These mold should last a long time.

Durable Silicone Molds for Perfect Small Portions
I have found these silicone freezer molds to be incredibly handy for freezing small portions of ingredients like herbs or tomato paste. Each mold holds about two tablespoons and they’re easy to use and easy to release. The silicone itself is thick and durable, which helps the trays keep their shape well in the freezer while also ensuring that strong odors stay contained.I really appreciate that these trays include a lid to keep everything fresh and that they lack any metal framing, making them safe for microwave use. The holes are surprisingly deep, which is a nice feature because you do not have to fill them all the way up to still get a solid, usable cube. While I feel the value is just okay, the quality is quite good and the nonstick surface makes them very easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher.

The silicone is thick, so odors stay contained, and the trays keep their shape well in the freezer.We mainly plan to use these for freezing mashed avocado and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. For that purpose, they work fine and pop out cleanly. My only critique is the price. We own several other silicone trays that are larger and more substantial for less money. These are functional, but they feel a bit high in cost compared to similar options.In summary, they do the job and the lids are a nice touch, but I rated them four stars because of the price-to-size ratio.

This size of silicone freezer cube is perfect for freezing my homemade herbs and bouillon for instant availability out of the freezer, and just the right sizes for certain batches! 2 trays, and each one comes with a sealable lid. Perfect for ice cubes also if you want to use them for that but I prefer to use them for my pesto and herb pastes, for fresh cooking all the time. Super soft and pliable, and easy to clean. Size is great for the freezer. A+

Pretty good
The overall size of these molds were smaller than I expected, but they seem like a great quality. I love that they have lids and are perfect portions. The silicone is very thick, which is nice so the molds are flimsy. The price is a bit on the high size, but probably the thick silicone and lids included.
