Finally, some relief for my lower back and hips
I started getting pretty significant pelvic and lower back pain around the 24-week mark, and this Maternity Belly Band has been an absolute lifesaver for my daily walks. I went with the Large in Beige, and the sizing feels true to the chart—it offers plenty of room to grow without feeling like the Velcro is at its limit. Unlike some of the simpler tubes, this one has adjustable back brace straps, which allows you to customize exactly how much “lift” you get for your bump.What really stands out is the breathable abdominal binder material. I was worried it would be itchy or too hot under my clothes, but it’s surprisingly soft and doesn’t make me sweat, even during errands. It provides that specific upward support that takes the pressure off your bladder and hips, making it much easier to stay active. I wear it over a thin tank top to prevent any rubbing, and it’s virtually invisible under a regular maternity shirt.One thing to keep in mind is that the Velcro is very strong. It stays secure all day, but you have to be careful not to let it snag your leggings or delicate fabrics when you’re putting it on. It’s a huge value compared to the expensive boutique brands, and the quality of the stitching suggests it will easily last through the rest of my pregnancy. I’d recommend this for anyone struggling with SPD or round ligament pain—it really makes a difference in your mobility. I’d definitely buy it again if I needed a second one to rotate on laundry days.

Versatile support band
This is one of three support bands I have tried with my belly, and I have to say, this is a decent one. The straps are easily adjustable to give the best support for each body type. Unlike a similar belly band with shoulder straps that I have tried previously, this one has an adjustable belly band. I find this provides more stability and support for my lower back and hips, and cut down on the tendon pain under my belly. It doesn’t add too much pressure to the shoulders either, which I appreciate, as I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain.The color is easy to hide under clothing, so you don’t appear to be wearing this support piece. Because of the width of the belly band itself, you will need to undo it when you use the bathroom, but it is easy to undo and reapply. You don’t have to slip it up and down. I find that this band is a combination of the other two I have tried previously, so I would have to compliment the designer. It is lightweight, too, and doesn’t seem to cause any excessive sweating. The straps are very stretchy, and seems like it will work for a wide array of body types. It’s not quite perfect, although I cannot pinpoint what is missing, other than maybe a slight adjustment to the lower back area for a bit extra lower back support. I’d really only take a half star off, but it doesn’t seem to allow me that option. I’d definitely recommend trying this versatile support band out, and I feel it is definitely worth the cost.

Helpful! Soft straps.
This is a very nice and thoughtfully designed version of a support for your pregnant belly. I like how soft the shoulder straps are and the careful design of the back part which has a panel of a soft type of elastic so it will not cut into your back. The hook and loop fastener goes in front and is sufficiently strong and easy to adjust. Back pain is common during pregnancy since, although you have more inner strength than you realize, your body often isn’t adjusting quickly enough to the growing weight of the child you’re carrying. This helps make pregnancy more ergonomic by transferring more of the baby’s weight to your shoulders–and off of your mid and lower back. This brace is helpfully supportive, made of well chosen and comfortable materials, and also a good value.Your skin tone may match or may vary from the color of this item, and it doesn’t come in other colors. I have sometimes seen black ones (not brown, but black), but otherwise this light skin tone is typically the only option.

This maternity belly band has been really helpful for extra support. The material is soft and breathable, so it doesn’t feel sweaty or bulky, and the beige color blends under clothes pretty well. The adjustable straps make a big difference because you can tighten or loosen it depending on how your back or hips are feeling that day.It definitely helps take some pressure off the lower belly and eases that back and pelvic discomfort that shows up as you get further along. It’s not a miracle fix, but it does make everyday movement a lot more comfortable. Comfortable maternity belly band! The medium size is 44 inches long and 4.25 inches wide, with a 10-inch Velcro area; plenty of space to adjust as the belly grows. Although the straps are only 1.25 inches wide, they feel like the perfect size to sit on top of the shoulders and are long enough to support belly growth and downward movement. The fabric feels soft, lightweight, and elastic; it’s cream in color, odorless, and breathable with small ventilation holes. The triangular sewn fabric in the back is a well-thought-out design because it provides good lower back support.
