Super helpful – one exploded though!
Used them in my bra while breastfeeding when I first had my baby! Very helpful!! One exploded in the microwave after a few days though even though I put it in for less than the recommended time.

Great Versatile Packs, but Covers Could Be Softer
At 7 months pregnant and with a scheduled C-section coming up, I’ve been putting together my postpartum recovery kit and wanted something long and narrow to help with my incision area. This 2-pack of hot/cold gel packs fit the bill perfectly.The packs themselves are a great size and very versatile. You can use them cold from the freezer or heat them up in the microwave or even boiling water. Each one comes with two fabric sleeves, which is a nice bonus. However, the fabric isn’t very soft; it actually feels a bit like the soft side of Velcro and can be a little itchy on sensitive skin. I may end up sewing my own covers with a softer fabric.That said, for the price and quality of the packs themselves, this is a solid buy. I know I’ll be using them not just postpartum, but also for cramps, headaches, and first aid down the line. I just wish the sleeves were more comfortable!

Stays cold
I used these postpartum for my lower back. I did not like these for the fact that the gel was not super full. I did like that these stayed frozen for a while. When you freeze these, they have to be on a flat surface otherwise they don’t distribute the frozen gel how you want them to. I decided to keep because they stay frozen longer than others.

These little things were amazing. Stayed cold for about 30-45 minutes when being used. The little pouch was awesome too
