HOW TO GET INSTANT, COOLING RELIEF
STEP 1
Chill your bottle of Dr. Nice’s Moisturizing Gel in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when it has changed from a gel to a liquid.
STEP 2
Apply a thin layer of cool liquid to dry, cracked, sore nipples (or diaper rash!) either before or after breastfeeding.
Or just use at room temperature, and the gel will provide instant relief and reduce your healing time, while providing a protective barrier.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Start with a small amount – the size of a grain of rice If the Gel dries white, too much was used. Simply rinse off, pat dry and reapply a smaller amount. Keep a bottle in the refrigerator so it’s always ready!

Very soothing and helpful in the first days of breastfeeding
My newborn was cluster feeding around the clock for the first 2-3 days of life , which made meVery sore. This gel was soothing and helped me make it through this cluster feeding period with much less pain. It is cooling and refreshing. I alternated this with an organic ointment balm , because I have an allergy to lanolin. Very well pleased.

Great for newly breastfeeding moms!
I initially received a smaller bottle of this as a gift from a lactation specialist I saw. After using it for about a week I knew I had to buy a big size tube. This stuff is amazing, I’m q first time mom and breastfeeding has been painful and challenging for me but the Dr. Nice liquid has saved me. Remembering that it was in the fridge was hard for a while but I got in the routine of using it after I pump and it helped heal my nipples to the point that I’m not in pain when I breastfeed anymore!

The Best skincare product. (Period)
Hooray for Hand relief!!! This is the best kept skin care secret! I use this to care for my hands…after cleansing it softens my skin, moisturizes my hands better than any product on the market! Most of all my hands feel supple and healthy. Also great for quickly healing scrapes and scratches! This is better than petroleum jelly and feels natural- who knew peppermint was so powerful?!?!?!!!

Equally effective but more expensive than other options
Tested this out just to see how it compares to other products. It was smooth and did not gunk up my pump parts but it ran out in a few weeks. It also did not have as lasting effect as some of the other options (after 30+ mins of pumping it had worn off a bit). Shipping also took a while. I imagine if you have a wool allergy this is a good option, but otherwise too pricey for a small container and takes a long time to ship.

Sticky and only lasts a few uses.
Feels sticky and leaves a weird residue on the skin when it dries. I used one pump maybe 4 times total and the bottle is 2/3 gone. Not worth $10 at all.
