Remote useless
The remote is hit or miss, most times it doesn’t work. I plan to ask for a replacement remote. The remote turns on and off but the other functions don’t work.

Great value
Great product for price, very quiet. Tons of settings colors and timing to choose from. It’s small and compact perfect for a desk top Remote feature is nice and easy to use. All of the oils that come with it smell fantastic. Taking one star away because everything around it was getting damp and I’ve never had that issue with a defuser before. I moved it to the edge of my desk and face the mist away from everything and towards the floor/carpet to help.

Put your money towards a waterless.
The remote control included is literally garbage, it only works about 1cm away from the diffuser and only pointed directly at the power button at one specific angle. It also feels like it’s going to crumble at the next press. There is no oil reservoir at all, it’s a mess to use, I would honestly spend a little extra and go waterless. These ones with water are just an unecessary outdated product. Some of the light options are cool, the mist selector doesn’t work at all, supposedly there is high mist and low mist but there is only one mist. The oils smell like they all use the same musky base but the scents are just not good. They smell old. They all smell like they have a moth ball base. Put your money towards a good waterless diffuser and invest in some higher quality scents like hotel scents because ones like this are made in creepy ways, and this is just a manufacturer of micro plastics in your home and it’s a toxic amount over time.

No matter how much oil you use, u dont smell any aroma from the oils provided.
