Great Night Light!
My son has used a star light identical to this one for quite a few years. It recently got dropped and broke, so we replaced it with another one. This time around the lights are noticeably brighter, but otherwise it’s identical. He loves the color changing while rotating. My only critique is that it’s not a simple on/off button to get it right back on to how it was, but other than the need to push multiple buttons, sometimes multiple times to get back to the specific light color you want, this thing is a 10, especially for the price. He loves this and that’s all I need for it to be 5 stars from me.

Magical and soothing nightlight for kids
This kids nightlight ceiling display is amazing! It creates a beautiful, calming scene on the ceiling that my child absolutely loves. The colors are soft and not too bright, perfect for bedtime. It’s easy to set up and works great throughout the night. Such a wonderful way to make bedtime more fun and comforting — highly recommend!

Works great, motor is loud though
Works great. Rotation is optional and not super fast. Stars project to ceiling and walls with defined edges. The buttons work well, no real complaints except that the gearbox in it is very loud. A quick squirt with some silicone + Teflon spray and it’s *silent* now. Daughter loves it. Only loses 1 star because I had to pull it apart to lube the gears, they could have put a dab of silicone lube on it before assembling.Great nightlight though.

Love it! Got it for my toddler but I find I love it myself. Makes bedtime easier, different colors settings and rotation. GREAT value had it for about two months no issues

Basic and cheap.
We bought this to replace a similar light system by a different company, I wish I had bought the same one we had previously. This one one has the buttons on the front to operate it. And while it does have multiple color options it doesn’t mix the colors to create new ones. Just red, blue, white, yellow, and any combination of two or three colors. Our old one came with a remote, had a timer option, and had more color choices. In addition, fresh out of the box, the turning mechanism is already breaking. It does a stuttering shaking motion about every 20s or so. The only thing was a plus for this version was the price, and I got what a paid for. 😑

Do not buy!
The colors are very vivid and bright, I actually used a paint marker over the stars to dull it a little. My toddler’s favorite color was the soft white for a calm bedtime color and about 2 months into using it it’s beginning to flicker on and off and essentially stop working. Lovely thing to discover at bedtime. Do not buy, get a different higher rated night light unless you enjoy throwing money down the toilet.
